Please add controls to the OBS Manage System page to allow admin to Stop, Start, or restart the OBS server service.

You can't do that. If the OBS service stops the web interface is no longer running, thus you can't start it again.

Even if its just a RESTART, the service usually fails to restart correctly about 50% of the time. Often, an 'end process' is required as well. It would be insane to rely on a web button to perform this function. And frankly, Ahsay developers time is better spent on fixing current issues!

I think you need to be more patient, it can take minutes for the java.exe process to go. I assume it has to close down various open files.

Killing it can result in corrupt profiles, so do that with care.
