Seedload issue "com.ahsay.obc.lud: The specified account does not exist" [SOLVED]

Getting the below error when trying to run a seedload for a client. The client installed is AhsayACB 5.5.8.0. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Please disregard. It turns out the client seems to have lost the login settings. After logging in and saving passowrd Im able to run the seedload without issue.

Hello

Try logging to the AhsayACB UI and make sure on the login screen you select "Save password" so the credentials are updated on the local profile.
