This might be a simple question, but I can't seem to figure it out. I opened a ticket to figure out how to roll up a monthly report for our backups. I was directed to some entries in the API Guide. Wich was great I see what needs to be done, however, I don't know how to get to where I can edit the API.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank You.

For integration with API v7, you can use 3rd party tool like RESTClient. Please kindly take a look the following article for your reference.
