I submitted two tickets and neither are showing in the Ahsay Technical Support ticketing system. I also never received email confirmations of these web based tickets. 1st time I didn't note the ticket # last week. The 2nd time I did. 2nd ticket is from today. Neither are showing in the ticketing system. A submitted ticket should IMMEDIATELY show up. It should not require "acceptance" by support.

Disappointed.
