Add 2nd HOME folder on Linux appliance (Netgear ReadyNAS)

Postby AverageJoe » Tue Mar 04, 2014 5:01 am

I see in the latest version you can just add another drive in windows so that your backups could run on 2 different drive letters. We are running 5.5.8.0 on A Netgear ReadyNAS and I have a mount point called /c/.obsr/system/obsr/user2 and want to start putting clients on this backup destination. a 3.6 tb NFS mount point.

I see there is a file /c/.obsr/system/obsr/conf/obs.xml that has this in it:

HOME="/c/.obsr/system/obsr/user"

how do I add my user2 folder? then do I have to
/c/.obsr/shell/stop-obsr.sh
/c/.obsr/shell/start-obsr.sh

Thanks,
Joe
