Problem Description:
Continuous Data Protect (CDP) backup job cannot be performed, the following error message is received in the backup report:

Upon further investigation, the following error message is received in the AhsayOBS context log file at the exact moment when the error was displayed in the backup report:

Cause:
This is a known issue with AhsayOBS and AhsayOBM version pre-7.3.2.0.
Resolution:
To resolve the issue, upgrade the AhsayOBS server application to AhsayCBS version 7.5.0.0 or above. The instruction can be found by Clicking Here.
Important:
Pay close attention to the new license requirement outlined in the Ahsay Backup Software Upgrade / Migration Guide before performing the upgrade for your server.
Upgrade the affected AhsayOBM cilent application to 7.5.0.0 or above afterward.
