Problem Description:
The following error message is displayed on the AhsayOBS web management console's license page [Manage System] > [Software License]:
Cause:
The message suggests that the Pool Key has expired. This can occur if:
- The affected AhsayOBS has not connected to the Ahsay License Server ( https://lic.ahsay.com ) for the past 14 days.
- The affected AhsayOBS has no Internet connection.
Resolution:
To resolve the issue, please refer to the following steps:
- Internet connection
Can AhsayOBS access the Internet?
Make sure that AhsayOBS is connected to the Internet for the license activation process.
Important:
It is impossible to run AhsayOBS (with Pool Key) without Internet connection. - Connection to the Ahsay license server
Can AhsayOBS connect to the Ahsay license server?
Make sure that AhsayOBS can connect to the Ahsay license server at lic.ahsay.com via https. Open a web browser, and enter the url -
https://lic.ahsay.com:
The expiry date of a Pool Key is retrieved from the Ahsay License Server, the date will always be 14 days after the current date.
