Problem Description:
The following error message is displayed on the AhsayOBS web management console's license page [Manage System] > [Software License]:


The message suggests that the Pool Key has expired. This can occur if:

  • The affected AhsayOBS has not connected to the Ahsay License Server ( https://lic.ahsay.com ) for the past 14 days.
  • The affected AhsayOBS has no Internet connection.

To resolve the issue, please refer to the following steps:

  • Internet connection
    Can AhsayOBS access the Internet?

    Make sure that AhsayOBS is connected to the Internet for the license activation process.

    It is impossible to run AhsayOBS (with Pool Key) without Internet connection.

  • Connection to the Ahsay license server
    Can AhsayOBS connect to the Ahsay license server?

    Make sure that AhsayOBS can connect to the Ahsay license server at lic.ahsay.com via https. Open a web browser, and enter the url -



    The expiry date of a Pool Key is retrieved from the Ahsay License Server, the date will always be 14 days after the current date.
