Sub-Admin SSL Certificate Issues

Postby netriplex » Thu Nov 29, 2018 12:08 am

I have recently upgraded to AhsayCBS and I am attempting to create a sub-admin. The SSL certificate that I bound to the connector is a multi-domain wildcard certificate.

When I attempt to create a sub-admin using <reseller>.<ourrootdomain>.com, it indicates that the common name of the connector does not match the host name entered. However, the certificate we are using would properly secure the host name entered.

It appears that CBS does not support multi-domain certificates which is problematic for our use case.

Also, is there an easy way to mass assign users to a user group? From what I can see, I must individually go into each user profile and add the group to them one by one which is a real pain. It would be nice if either on the user group page there was a way to select multiple users and add them to the group or alternatively a way from the "Backup User" screen to select multiple users and add them to a user group (extra little icon at the top like the auto-update and broadcast).
