Issue when upgrading AhsayOBS to version 5.5.3.x

<B>If the following error(s) is encountered during the index migration to AhsayOBS version 5.5.3.x (in the system log or in the backup report):</B><BR><BR>
<UL>
<LI>Error='[BlockDB.RowIterator.next] Unknown error. Caused by '[BackupFile.parse] Error='String index out of range: -Number'''. Client agent will retry shortly.<BR><BR>

<LI>Error='[Bptree.KeyRangeIterator.hasNext] Error=[ABlock.readBlockHeader] DipBlockType=Number and InstanceBlockType=Number must match'.<BR><BR>

<LI>[error][system][addToIndex] Throwable='[BlockDB.insert] Failed to insert row into bptee'<BR><BR>

<LI>Error YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss [BackupFileSystem.copy] Source file '\User_Home\Username\files\BackupID\File' (Path '\Directory\File') does not exist. Index corrected<BR><BR>

<LI>Error='[Bptree.KeyRangeIterator.hasNext] Error=[YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss][BufferedRandomAccessFile.seekInRaf] '\User_Home\Username\files\BackupID\index.bdb' has been closed already</LI></UL><BR>
Notes:<BR>
Replication may also be affected by any corrupted index files, please temporarily disable the Replication module, the following routine system jobs; Retention Policy job, the system routine Rebuild User Storage job, as well as the Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) Checking job to reduce the amount of resource utilized, and issue.<BR><BR><BR>

Please refer to the following instruction for resolution:<BR><BR>
<OL>
<LI>Suspend the affected backup user (to ensure that no backup is performed during the index rebuild).<BR><BR>

<LI>Stop the AhsayOBS service by:<BR><UL>
<LI>(Windows) [Control Panel] -> [Administrative Tools] -> [Services] -> [Ahsay Offsite Backup Server and Replication Server]
<LI>(Linux) Run [ service obsr stop] or [ ${Install-Home} / bin / shutdown.sh ]</LI></UL><BR>

<LI>Remove the *.bdb (index.bdb, r-index.bdb, and map.bdb) file from the user home directory of the corresponding user:<BR><BR>

<LI>Start the AhsayOBS service by:<BR><UL>
<LI>(Windows) [Control Panel] -> [Administrative Tools] -> [Services] -> [Ahsay Offsite Backup Server and Replication Server]
<LI>(Linux) Run [ service obsr stop] or [ ${Install-Home} / bin / shutdown.sh ]</LI></UL><BR>

<LI>Perform a single user rebuild with verify checksum for the affected user. You can do so by logging into AhsayOBS management console, and then select [Manage User] -> [User Profile], you should see an option just under the user summary called [File Validation Option], clicking on this will display the options and a [Check] button. Enable the [Verify Checksum] option, and click on the [Check] button to start the single user rebuild.<BR><BR>

Please allow the rebuild user storage job to run to its completion before a backup job is started. <BR><BR>

Notes:<BR>
When a single user rebuild is started, the following message will be shown:<BR><BR>

When the single user rebuild is completed, the user statistic of the corresponding user will be displayed in the system log:<BR><BR>
